Job Summary
We are currently hiring part time line cooks, dishwashers, and/or prep to join our exceptional culinary team. Key Responsibilities
Line Cook Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items to Bonneville’s high culinary standards
- Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
- Ensure consistency, portion control, and proper food presentation
- Collaborate with chefs and teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Qualifications
Line Cook:
- 1+ year of experience in a high-volume or upscale kitchen
- Experience cooking breakfast
- Solid knife skills and understanding of kitchen fundamentals
- Ability to follow recipes and directions with accuracy
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
