Inbound High-Ticket Sales Closer (Remote)

Job Overview

WrapAcademy is a fast-growing real estate education company that teaches investors how to use creative finance strategies to build cash flow and long-term wealth without relying on traditional bank loans.

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Closer to join our team and convert qualified prospects into clients inside our high-ticket coaching program.

All leads are warm inbound prospects who have already engaged with our content and scheduled a call through our funnel. There is no cold calling required.

Your role is simple but high-impact: build trust, diagnose the prospect’s situation, and help the right people make the decision to move forward.

This role is ideal for a closer who thrives in a performance-based environment, enjoys meaningful conversations, and wants to help entrepreneurs transform their financial future.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound sales calls with qualified prospects who have booked through our funnel
  • Identify prospects’ goals, challenges, and investment experience
  • Clearly present WrapAcademy’s coaching program and its value
  • Guide prospects through the decision-making process and handle objections professionally
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM
  • Follow up with warm prospects who require additional touchpoints
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and closing targets
  • Represent the WrapAcademy brand with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales or closing (2 YEARS MINIMUM)
  • Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to lead consultative sales conversations without being pushy
  • Comfortable working in a commission-based performance environment
  • Organized and disciplined with CRM usage and follow-ups
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Interest in real estate investing or entrepreneurship
