Mechanic Helper
We are looking for a motivated Mechanic Helper with truck maintenance experience to join our busy and supportive team. This is a hands-on role where you will assist experienced mechanics, gain practical skills, and contribute to keeping our fleet running safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone ready to develop their mechanical expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other service tasks.
- Support mechanics in diagnosing and repairing trucks and other vehicles.
- Keep the workspace organized and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate clearly with team members regarding job progress and vehicle status.
- Participate in training sessions to improve technical knowledge and skills.
Requirements
- Prior mechanical experience, especially with trucks, is required.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Proficient in English (speaking and reading).
Schedule
- Monday to Thursday, with occasional weekends as needed.
