Job Summary
We are currently seeking professional residential cleaners to join our dedicated team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to private homes, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and experience in various cleaning disciplines. Duties

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
  • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning
  • Handle sanitation duties including disinfecting surfaces and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Manage laundry tasks as needed for clients’ clothing and linens
  • Maintain organization of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service by respecting clients’ homes and addressing their specific needs
  • Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures at all times
  • Assist with janitorial tasks and general housekeeping management when required
  • Ensure all work is completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Experience

  • Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is preferred
  • Experience with floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation techniques is advantageous
  • Background in hotel housekeeping or custodial work is a plus
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and housekeeper management is beneficial
  • Skills in cooking or laundry services are considered a bonus but are not mandatory
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service in a professional setting
