<p> Description </p><p> Work Type: </p><p>Per Diem As Needed</p><p> Summary :</p><p>CHRISTUS Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our Telehealth Urgent Care team in New Mexico. This fully remote role serves CHRISTUS associates and their dependents, delivering high-quality, compassionate care in a virtual setting. Youll work within a physician-led care team using a queue-based system and Epic EMR. PRN, 12 hour shifts, 8am-8pm</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Provide urgent care consultations via telehealth for CHRISTUS associates and their dependents</p></li><li><p>Utilize Epic for all documentation and charting</p></li><li><p>Work within a queue-based system, typically seeing 3-4 patients per shift</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with a physician-led multidisciplinary care team</p></li><li><p>Deliver care in alignment with CHRISTUS Health protocols and standards</p></li></ul><p>Requirements:</p><ul><li><p>Active NP license in the state of New Mexico (required)</p></li><li><p>Must reside in New Mexico (required)</p></li><li><p>Nurse Practitioners: FNP certification with 5+ years in urgent care, emergency medicine preferred</p></li><li><p>EPIC experience preferred; training will be provided</p></li><li><p>Strong communication skills; flexible, personable, and self-motivated</p></li></ul><p> Work Schedule: </p><p>PRN</p><p> Recruiter Contact: </p><p>Reeve Delmas</p><p> Show Contact Details reeve.delmas@christushealth.org </p>
