Job Opportunity: Production & Warehouse Specialist

Location: Nashville, TN
Job Type: Full-Time (90-day Probationary Period)
Schedule: Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, high-energy Production & Warehouse Specialist to join our plant team. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves position at the heart of our operations, ensuring products are accurately filled, packed, and shipped to customers.

This role includes working with industrial chemicals as part of our production process. Safety, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. Proper training, procedures, and required PPE are provided.

What You’ll Do

Your daily responsibilities will be split between production operations and warehouse logistics:

Production

  • Operate filling machines to fill bottles and cans with products.
  • Manually fill cans and bottles when precision or smaller batches are required
  • Handle and work with chemicals according to established safety procedures and work instructions

Packaging

  • Label products to meet specific customer and regulatory requirements
  • Pre-pack boxes to ensure safe and secure shipment

Warehouse & Logistics

  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring documentation is accurate
  • Safely operate a forklift to move raw materials and finished goods

Inventory

  • Use our ERP system to track inventory levels
  • Assist with inventory counts and organization

Requirements & Physical Demands

Experience

  • Prior experience in a production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment required
  • Experience working with chemicals or regulated materials is a plus
  • Forklift certification strongly preferred
  • ERP system experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to repeatedly lift up to 45 lbs
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active for the duration of your shift

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing setting involving chemicals, industrial equipment, and machinery
  • Comfortable working in ambient temperatures that may vary seasonally
  • Ability to follow safety protocols, wear PPE, and adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines
