Writer/ Copywriter

Intern(s)/ Graduate Trainee(s)

Responsibilities

  • Able to research, gather information and write articles for project support, e.g. signage, website, informational catalogues and pamphlets.
  • Support the graphic designer on web pages by contributing relevant content.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Education, Journalism, Mass Communication, Broadcasting or any related discipline.
  • Consistently strong academic achievements with an equivalent 2nd Class (Hon.) or min 2.8/4.0 CGPA.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Good writing skills, basic editing and copywriting skills.
  • Applicants must have basic knowledge of the Internet and be well-versed in social networking sites and user-generated content.
  • Possess persuasive skills, creative writing skills and flexibility in preparing texts to suit the requirements of a given situation.
  • Possess strong creativity, independence and resourcefulness.
  • Must be committed, responsible and a team player.
  • Teaching experience and fluency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in i-City, Shah Alam.
  • Able to commit to duration of 3 to 6 months.
